I specialize in Pre-Algebra and Algebra, and I especially enjoy helping students who feel stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed by math. My teaching approach is to break down complex concepts into clear, simple steps so students can truly understand the “why” behind the math. I believe that every student can succeed in math with the right support and explanation.
I have extensive experience working with middle school and early high school students, including those who need help with homework, test preparation, or strengthening core skills. I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual learning style and pace, making sure they feel comfortable asking questions and progressing step by step.
Many of my students see improved grades and increased confidence after working with me. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them feel capable and confident in math. I want my students to leave each session feeling that math is something they can understand, not something to fear.
