Hi! My Experience
Over the past year, I’ve worked as a substitute teacher, gaining hands-on experience teaching and managing classrooms across K–12 grade levels. I’ve also tutored students within the classroom setting, supporting their individual needs in small group and one-on-one formats.
My tutoring and teaching experience includes:
Elementary reading and math support
Social studies and writing for middle and high school
Beginner guitar instruction
Coaching youth basketball
My time in the classroom has taught me how to adapt quickly, connect with students, and create engaging lessons that meet learners where they are. I understand how to explain concepts clearly, break down complex ideas, and encourage students to develop confidence in their abilities.
