Hi, I’m Aaesha! I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry, and a strong passion for learning and helping others learn. Throughout my academic journey, I discovered a strong passion not only for learning but for helping others succeed academically. My coursework and experiences tutoring STEM students for 6+ years gave me a solid foundation in biology, chemistry, and math, and I especially enjoy supporting students who may feel overwhelmed or intimidated by these subjects. Working with learners from diverse backgrounds has shaped my belief that every student is capable of success with the right guidance and support.

My tutoring approach is patient, encouraging, and highly individualized. I focus on helping students truly understand concepts rather than memorizing information by breaking material down into clear, manageable steps. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s learning needs, whether that means using visual explanations, real-world examples, or guided practice. I work with students on reviewing course content, preparing for exams, strengthening problem-solving skills, and building effective study habits that promote long-term academic confidence.

In addition to science and math, I have experience helping students improve their writing skills, including academic essays and personal statements. Through my involvement in mentorship programs and teaching English abroad for the past three years, I’ve developed strong communication skills and an empathetic, supportive teaching style.
