Hello! I am a retired public school math teacher with over 25 years of experience at both the middle and high school level. I have taught every math subject from 7th grade math to Pre-Calculus.
I have taught students with learning disabilities, who are in special education and have diagnosed ADD/ADHD. I can explain math in clear, easy to understand steps using visual representations and I know where students have trouble based on my years of experience.

Attentive, patient and thorough.
We have worked on a few things on such as rational equations, rational expressions and introduction to relations and functions. Each time she we have met she has listened to my concerns and then we work through those areas first, and then review the rest of material as needed. I feel like I grasp the material better with her assistance, versus just hearing it in lecture the first time. She is able to elaborate more and I do not feel silly repeating questions or asking to repeat something again. Very helpful and understanding!

Another Success with Tracey!
When we found Tracey in December of 2017, my son was *literally* failing out of Algebra 2. We had her for 3 sessions before mid-terms in January, which brought my son to a passing grade. We decided to keep her on a weekly basis this semester. My son is gaining so much confidence in his Algebra! He is actually now a B level student (unheard of in the past). His teacher has been commenting on his stunning improvement. My son took his SAT a few weeks ago, with the thought that he might actually score above average! Tracey is also always very accommodating to our schedule, my son's test schedule, and his work schedule. She is always willing to adjust meetings based on test dates and other issues. Finally, we just really like her. We are so thankful we found her!
