Hello all! I have been in the tech field for over 20 years, working with hardware and software repair, programming, and other areas. I have a lot of practical experience as well as knowledge to build from.

I currently work in C# and Python. I have experience with COBOL, PHP, and HTML. I have been certified in CompTIA A+ and Net+, and was a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner. I am currently certified in DB2 and Python.

Along with my education, I do have a lot of experience. I have worked with hardware, various programming languages, and networks.

I taught martial arts for over a decade and currently help tutor others outside of this site. I take a step by step approach, and help students dig into their topic so that they can see where things lead on their own. I am big on discussion, and like to pass along what I know to others.

I will help in any way I can. I want to add more skilled individuals to the tech world.

One of my hobbies is reading and studying history, especially US history. We can learn a lot about the past, and it can tell us where we are going. If you are having trouble finding an answer to a historical question, or need help finding out how one thing influenced another, let me know! I currently help tutor others in US history and help them understand the events that shaped the country.

I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from Saginaw Valley State University (cum laude) and actually worked as a software developer in a business environment for a number of years. I have experience writing code in C#, Python, PHP, HTML, and COBOL. This includes coding but also project management and design. I had to get requirements from business users and implement changes. This would then lead into debugging and testing. Projects that I have completed include simple hardware and API tests to being a part of a multi-team project. On top of my experience I also have certifications in Python and DB2 from IBM.

In my current role, I am a Field Application Engineer. What this means is that I help others find the technology solutions that they need. I have over 20 years of experience with technology and I know where to look to find the answers. I am certified in CompTIA A+ and Net+, Python, and DB2. He taught me, so far, about Google drive, Gmail and outlook, file saving and transfer, audio file transfer. General info about how to think about my computer. I haved used computers for 30 years but never learned rudimentary things. He is a Very pleasant guy and thus is really helping me on a practical level.
