Hello my name is John. I am a two-time alumnus of University of Phoenix, holding both BSB/M and MBA/GM degrees. I am currently a student in the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix, pursing a Doctor of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership.
Through the years of my personal and professional pursuits, I have humbly developed and cultivated a passion for mentoring people of all ages who desire to increase their academic skills and knowledge. From my volunteer work tutoring illiterate adults, to mentoring others pursuing undergraduate, graduate (and post graduate degrees), the most common factor observed is the lack of confidence for subjects being learned.
It is my belief and experience that demystifying subjects to be learned through confidence building is a key component to knowledge attainment. Additionally, and equally important is to relate what is being learned to how it could be used practically in everyday life.
