Maureen was a FANTASTIC calculus tutor. Before I started tutoring with her, I was averaging 50% or less on every quiz or exam in calculus 1. I was considering dropping the course. During my first session with Maureen, she explained concepts in a way I understood, helped me work through problems, and created an environment in which I felt comfortable asking questions. Not only did she help me to catch up and pass calculus 1, but she helped me to excel in calculus 2, earning a very high B and an average of 85% or above on quizzes and exams. She single handedly saved my GPA, and I will miss meeting with her weekly! I highly recommend!

My son started with Maureen at the end of his PreCalc year and has done regular AP Calc sessions this year. Maureen has helped tremendously! She explains things very clearly and helps give my son confidence when approaching Calc. She was flexible in adding additional sessions before big tests if needed. My son truly valued the instruction and review time spent with Maureen. We will definitely be using her in the future for our son! I highly recommend her.

Fabulous Chem or Alg 2 Trig Tutor...OR BOTH!
My daughter (16, 10th gr) has had a variety of tutors over the years, but Maureen really stands out! We sought out Maureen for her Chemistry skills and teaching experience, but my daughter was excited that on the weeks that Chemistry is slow, Maureen was able to seamlessly pivot and tutor her in Honors Algebra 2/Trig. 10/10--Highly recommend!
