I am a recently graduated English teacher waiting to receive my certificate from the Michigan Department of Education. I have experience in urban and suburban school districts and extensive experience with student IEPs and accommodations. I speak English and French and am comfortable with teaching both subjects. In my free time I work with a community development corporation on the east side of Detroit that offers literacy tutoring, sports programs, housing and legal assistance for the residents of the 48214 community. I am currently living in Saint Clair MI for the summer while I save money for my wedding this fall.
