Learning doesn't always have to be a student sitting down with their hands attached to a pencil and their eyes glued to the paper. When students are struggling in a certain area of study I enjoy making a game out of an assignment to get the student involved, when the students enjoys learning through fun games the information they are learning will quickly start to stick and stay with the student.
Being a parent of a 6 year old and a substitute teacher I have found various ways to make learning exciting while keeping the students anxious to learn more.
