I am a very up beat, get it done type of positive energy that moves progress forward. I started leading by example at a young age with athletics. Providing examples of leadership through the varsity baseball team in high school as well as the hockey captain for my travel team as well. I started business with a lawn care business that grew into two independent crews working with me by the time I went to college. I self funded my degree in business management from Ferris State University and played Hockey there as well (Div III team).
After graduation I closed out business with lawn care company and started a career with Enterprise Rent a car. I flourished in their management training program and was promoted in record times (4 promotions) to branch manager. There:
- I trained and mentored 12 employees
- Continuous record holder for highest profit margins out of over 120 offices in the area
- Helped others advance their careers through mentorship and training
I just wrapped up my career with Enterprise and now am pursuing ambitions of self employment once again.
