Currently, I am a researcher at Michigan State University. I've taught hundreds of students across multiple semesters at IU and MSU. My teaching portfolio encompasses a comprehensive range of courses designed to meet students at every level: Biology Laboratory, Biological Chemistry, Biochemistry Laboratory, Macromolecular Structure/Function, Biomolecular Analysis/Interaction, Gene Expression and Physiology, Integrative Microbial Ecology, and Cryo Electron Microscopy. I received the Outstanding Associate Instructor Award at Indiana University for my exceptional ability to effectively teach complex biochemical laboratory techniques to undergraduate students. During my final year of Ph.D. studies, I was honored with the Briscoe Fellowship to teach a senior-level biochemistry course to undergraduate students as the lead instructor. Beyond traditional classroom settings, I have worked directly with high school students, guiding them through the exciting process of discovering and analyzing bacteriophages—often providing them with their very first authentic research experience.
