Hi, my name is Taryn. I'm a student at Wayne State University majoring in Biochemistry. I absolutely love tutoring and helping others learn. I was a volunteer tutor for a year working with a wide range of ages from K-12, and it was truly a joy to see them improving everyday. It is my goal to help you succeed both in your classes and to reach your own goals, whether they be an A in a course or a score that'll help get you to your dream college. I am a junior Biochemistry major, have taken college math courses up to Calculus, and knows what it takes to succeed in math classes regardless of whether you love math or need a little extra help.

I received a 34 on the English portion and a 32 on the writing portion of the ACT. I received college credit for my AP English course, and I'm overall a lifelong lover of reading.
