I have a strong educational background in networking and IT infrastructure, previously certified numerous times as a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor, Cisco Certified Academic Instruction and holding multiple Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications as well as CCNA Security. I have also been Net+ certified and have experience teaching CompTIA Network+ courses.
With 20 years of experience, I have taught networking concepts and Cisco technologies to high school students, college learners, adult professionals, corporate trainees, etc. in one-on-one tutoring, classroom instruction, online courses, boot camps, and corporate training. My approach emphasizes hands-on labs, Packet Tracer simulations, and real-world troubleshooting to ensure students not only pass the CCNA exam but also gain practical skills for the IT industry.
I have successfully guided students in CCNA certification preparation, covering exam objectives, Cisco router and switch configuration, subnetting mastery, and security best practices. Knowledgeable, Experienced and Very Supportive

Jenny's history with not only Cisco, but also teaching/training, was very necessary in helping me prepare for, and pass, my CCNA exam. I really appreciated her attention to my individual concerns, and how she addressed them with such precision. I also appreciated that she didn't use AI to assist with her teaching; it was all based on how much I understood, and how she could help that along. She understands that the material/exam can be overwhelming, and she simplified it for me, as she can explain it from multiple angles. She worked with my very tight schedule, and was there for every step of the process with me, helping me to create a solid study regimen and healthy state of mind. She is compassionate as well, and brings a much-needed human element to this kind of subject. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner.
