Hey everyone! Before delving into talk about tutoring, I figured it'd be beneficial to provide you with some information about myself. My name is Basel and I'm currently in my second year of medical school. I graduated from university summa cum laude and completed two majors and two minors in that time. In my third year of university, I began studying for the MCAT and took it at the end of the academic year. I'm fortunate to have scored a 523 on the test.

Since receiving my score, I've tutored numerous individuals and helped them attain a very competitive MCAT score. The lowest score a student I tutored obtained was a 515. I tailor my methods to the students needs; in my case, I had to "cram" and am very experienced in teaching others how to study for the MCAT in a short amount of time. I also can help students study for the test over a longer period of time, which is what I recommend. In terms of what I do specifically, I start off with creating a study plan that fits your time constraints and daily schedule. From there, we can determine what you need: is it simply resource recommendations, daily teaching of material, going over questions and answers, or anything else. I have a lot of hours of experience with each of these methods and feel confident that I can help you obtain the score you desire!
