Spanish tutor from South America

I am an experienced Spanish tutor from South America. In the last two years I have been teaching Spanish to teenagers, adults and professionals in Midland and Huron Counties, Michigan.

When teaching professionals, I try to devise their lesson according to their needs and interests in fields related to their profession. In addition, I have experience with teenagers since I am a substitute Spanish and social studies teacher in high schools at Huron and Midland County working for Professional Education Services Group LLC.

In class, I always encourage my students to speak Spanish before they start with grammar. I give them the basic skills to perform a conversation before we start focusing in more complicated grammatical tasks. Also, we work a lot on phonetics in every class, because I consider it very important to have correct pronunciation from the beginning.

I am originally a lawyer, and graduated from the University of Lima Peru. According to Educator Credentials Evaluators, I have the United States degree of JURIS DOCTOR (JD) in Peruvian Law. In the past I performed as a translator in Congress and I worked as a Court interpreter in Huron County too.
