Hi, I’m Khadim! I graduated from Morehouse College in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and am currently a second-year PhD student in Physics at Michigan State University. Through my academic journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and computer science, and I’ve grown passionate about helping others master these subjects too.
At MSU, I work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for undergraduate physics courses, where I assist students during office hours, lead discussions, and help clarify challenging concepts. My teaching extends beyond the classroom as well—I’ve tutored high school and college students one-on-one and in group settings in topics ranging from Algebra and Calculus to Python and MATLAB.
I believe learning works best when it’s engaging and tailored to your unique style. Whether it’s preparing for finals, building core skills, or diving deep into problem-solving strategies, I aim to make complex topics digestible and even enjoyable. My tutoring sessions focus on interactive problem-solving, clear explanations, and building student confidence through practice and encouragement.
In addition to coursework, I’m actively involved in physics research at MSU, studying biophysical systems through simulations and data analysis—skills I love sharing with students interested in coding, applied math, or STEM careers.
I'm here to support students of all backgrounds and skill levels, and I’m always happy to adapt my approach to meet your needs. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to schedule a session—I’d love to help you succeed!
