I am a dedicated third-year Mechanical Engineering student at Western Michigan University, bringing a strong foundation of academic excellence and practical experience to my tutoring practice. My educational journey began at Jackson College, where I earned associate degrees in both Science and Applied Science (Business Administration), graduating with high honors. This diverse background is complemented by practical, hands-on training in mechanics from my completion of AIT in the Army National Guard. My commitment to education has been recognized by academic leaders; both the Dean of WMU’s College of Engineering and Applied Science and the head of the Jackson College mathematics department have selected me to speak directly to high school students, offering insights into a future career in engineering.
With three years of robust tutoring experience, my passion for teaching extends far beyond standard one-on-one sessions. I have voluntarily taught college algebra and precalculus in a formal classroom setting, experience which has refined my pedagogical approach.
