I’ve also had the pleasure of teaching high school students about health careers and core life-science principles, which taught me how to adapt my approach to different ages, backgrounds, and learning styles.
My tutoring style centers on making dense material approachable while reinforcing strong study habits and test-taking strategies. I believe that understanding why something works is just as important as memorizing the details, especially in the sciences.
