What I mean by that is he is watching and listening to see how you work through things. Then he asks questions. After that he drills down on your process. It allows you to see where you focused on the wrong area. Then, of course, he shows you what to look for so that everything unfolds properly for you.

Hal is fantastic. He helped me pass my SIE and I am currently working with him on my 63. I plan to work with him again for my 7. He has great analogies to help with understanding concepts as well as tips and tricks for reading the questions effectively and whittling down the correct answer.

Knowledgeable and great explanations
Hal helped me study for the Series 65 a couple weeks before my exam. I came with a specific list of topics that I wanted to cover and got a great understanding of each one by the time I left. It is very evident that he has worked in the industry for a while and knows what he is teaching. Very good at communicating and getting the idea cross, would highly recommend if looking for a tutor.
