I am interested in helping others in learn and succeed in their life's endeavors. I have spent 20 years on AutoCAD designing material handling equipment and environmental test chambers, as well as an additional 10 years on the drafting board. My areas of drafting experience include sheet metal, structural steel, and welding as well as machining.
As for cooking, I have spent decades cooking for families, gatherings, and amassing information from cooking schools and restaurants.
