Hello! I’m Jennifer, and I absolutely LOVE making math understandable and—even for skeptics—enjoyable. I know many students feel anxious, frustrated, or unsure why math matters. That’s where I come in.

I’ve taught mathematics for over 17 years at three community colleges and have tutored for much longer, working with students of all ages, ability levels, and math topics. I’m also a certified secondary math teacher. My specialty is quickly identifying problem areas, explaining concepts clearly so they stick, and giving you tools to become a confident, independent learner.

I share proven strategies for solving tough problems, improving test performance, and using past quizzes and exams as powerful learning tools. My goal is not just to help you “get through” math, but to help you master it, see its value, and feel proud of your progress.

I have taught Calculus I numerous times. I have also taught Calculus II and III, but I am not as fresh on the material. I would have to brush up to tutor those right now... But I am comfortable and capable of teaching Calculus I very well as I have the most experience with this course of the three.
