I hold a Master of Education in Leadership and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, and my work has centered on coaching adults in professional settings, guiding individuals through high-stakes transitions, and strengthening their communication, organization, and decision-making. For six years I lived and worked in China, where I coached multinational teams, supported new expatriates adjusting to life and work abroad, and helped professionals understand cultural expectations, communication differences, and workplace dynamics.
