Hello! My name is Greg. As you consider me for your tutoring needs, I will take this time to say a little bit about me, provide you with a summary of my work experience as a tutor included listed subjects, and communicate my approach to tutoring!
First of all, I am a Grand Valley State Alumni (GVSU). I went to school there for engineering and also pursued a minor in management after the fact. While at school I worked full time which was thoroughly exhausting but yet rewarding. As I transitioned to the core engineering classes, I moved away from a typical low wage job to a tutoring position within GVSU. Within my final couple semesters of classes I started in internship with the company I now work for. I have been working there since and am currently looking for work on the side of my primary occupation to raise funds for my own company. Hobbies consist of; brewing beer, making cheese, making wine, playing guitar, running, camping, traveling, physical fitness, spending time with my wife, spending time with friends and family, fishing, pool, etc. I am a faith inspired person but I do not push this on others as that would be disrespectful. I am good at fixing and repairing most anything and am typically contemplating how any given product is made. I currently own a small hobby sized company with potential and hope to open a brewery one day. The main reasons for which I enjoy tutoring is that it (a) continues to test and keep my own knowledge sharp as well as (b) the resulting effects of these efforts help someone else to progress their understanding of the subject at hand. I worked hard to become successful using what I learned and want to share this knowledge with others.
As far as tutoring experience goes, most of my active knowledge comes from GVSU as well as my 3+ years of tutoring experience.
