I have a Master’s of Education in Literacy/TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I have been teaching adults and University students for nearly 15 years in both the U.S., South Korea, and Kuwait. I have taught newly arrived refugees to the US. Immigrants who have lived in the US for many years, and learners who understand how English can help them in many scenarios around the world.

I have experience teaching business English with Samsung, academic English in the U.S. and Kuwait, and general English to all types of learners from beginners to advanced students. My students love my classes because they gain confidence and speaking ability because of an emphasis on awareness of English usage and pronunciation. I love to teach communicative classes where I can help students gain fluency and vocabulary. We use all English skills and focus on reading, listening, speaking and grammatical awareness.

I have also taught business communication, email writing, business presentations, speech writing and public speaking. I love to help my students achieve their goals from passing exams and gaining certifications to feeling comfortable at the doctor’s offices.
