I teach the following high school courses: English Language Arts and Accelerated Reading--a class similar to reading recovery. I graduated from Alma College in 2008, and I have been teaching in a public school since January 2010. Aside from English, I minored in Psychology, and I played tennis and remained involved in music throughout college. I am married, and my husband is also a teacher.
As far as availability is concerned, since I do currently teach and coach, weekends are the most convenient meeting days for me, including Sunday afternoons. Since tutoring is a new concept in my life, my availability is subject to change, as I do not want any of my students to feel that I am giving them less than my best.
