I have been tutoring for over 20 years and enjoy working with my students. I have worked with students at the Salvation Army, elementary and high schools. I have tutored college students and helped individuals with their personal and career goals.

My experience comes from my diverse background and a variety of degrees obtained throughout my educational journey. I have a certified certificate as a Tutor and a Career Development Facilitator. I welcome the opportunity to assist each one of you with any goals and dreams you may have regarding your educational goals.

As you work toward reaching your goals, I will focus on helping you master the material and/or lessons. I utilize different methods in my sessions which consist of traditional, modern, creative, or unique ways to get your brain activated in learning. There are many ways for you to learn, you just have to find the way that works best for you. I am here to assist you in finding your learning path. Professional, caring, and patient tutor

Damita has taught me how to use Duo and Zoom. Damita is very good at keeping me relaxed and calm; she is extremely patient with me. Our first tutoring session it took me about ten minutes to just learn how to focus my cellular phone on my computer screen. I learned about hosting/setting up a meeting, chat, and how to send a message. I've learned the different icons and how to add text and do funny things with expressions. I believe I need two or three tutors, so I don't wear out the other. I know I am a hand full. I will get there in my timing and pace. Thanks Damita.
