Thanks for considering me as your tutor. Here's a little about me:
I am fiction writer and essayist from Detroit, MI. I received my MFA in Fiction at Colorado State University in 2020, where I taught creative writing, literature, and composition for undergraduates. While I was there, I was also an associate editor at the Colorado Review.
I attended Skidmore’s Summer Writers Institute in the summer of 2019 as a scholarship winner, participated in University of Iowa’s International Writers Program in 2012 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University in 2008.
So what does all that mean for you? In short: I love teaching others how to write. Whether you need to work on a college admissions essay, you have an assignment that doesn't quite *flow* the way you'd like, or you want to help bringing your story to life, I am here for you.
As a writer, I have flexible work hours. I am willing to do home visits, meet in a public location, or online, whichever is more comfortable for you.
