There is not a license or certification for having a Tennis IQ or Tennis Wisdom to help prevent injuries by winning in straight sets more often than not, but I provide valuable knowledge and a perspective throughout my tennis lessons. Pressure is a privilege when you play using TBT "Text book Tennis." Textbook Tennis is when you play as though you're doing a photo shoot for your head band sponsor. With my tutoring, I aim for you to play your most correct tennis. When you focus on that, you're going to play above the nervous moment. When you're playing a tough opponent but you know you have the skills to win. You have the mindset that you are his instructor and he is your student. Having that persona and attitude will affect his confidence and give you an opportunity to win. Every game has a pre key point window: Those are 30-15, and 30-0. Additionally, these are special times when the trained player should focus on not making any "Terrible Twos." This way you have eliminated half the possible errors that can be made and now you have breathing room to have a score of 40-15 or 40-0. This is how I can help young players not get so many injuries. With my tutoring, I can promote winning in straight sets versus spending excessive unnecessary time on court. I have over 50 ways like these to help prevent ankle injuries, thigh pain, and more. In my tennis tutoring approach, it boils down to instilling Tennis IQ, Tennis Wisdom, Strategy, Tactics & Formulas, and Changing Styles to throw off the opponent For example, I can help support a student to play a long game of 9 strokes or more per point. (most points average less than 5 strokes), or play a first strike style, when your opponent is reaching you're running to the net.
