In 2012 I completed my Associate degree from Henry Ford Community College with General Science. Then directly I started my Bachelor degree at Wayne State University with a major of Near Eastern Languages (Concentration: Arabic). In 2013 and 2014, I was selected to apply for a Graduate Intern job at Middleburry College at Mills in California. They were two consecutive summers where I acquired the experience of dealing with post-secondary students. At the same time, I had to explore different levels of Alkitaab Fi Taalum Alarabyya (The most used book in many American Universities).
In 2015 I had to stop participating in this summer program because I was busy working on my Master degree at Wayne State University with the same major. I graduated in 2017, then I started my current teaching job in 2018 at FIA high school and I am still teaching the Intermediate Arabic level. I also worked on my teaching certificate with Michigan Teachers of Tomorrow. I earned it in 2020 in Modern Standard Arabic for Secondary level.
I always use the Gradual Release of Responsibility delivery method with more focus on Classroom student centered way. My Classroom Management is a mixture of Curriculum based, conditional way (reward and punishment), in addition to the social emotional way. My curriculum is derived from ACTFUL, using a variety of resources including Alkitaab for post-Secondary levels and a variety of authentic and academic resources for Secondary levels.
