Each child has their own difficulties within the learning process. Once the barriers are identified, it is easier to provide a method of teaching. One method I use is retention recall. This is a process where the subject matter is reviewed several times throughout the study period, then once again at the end. Once a child conquers their difficulties, you can see a new confidence in them, which is reflected in their grades. I have a Masters Degree in Business Management, and have worked with in the Labor Dept. mentoring students as well as long term substitute teaching in Dearborn Heights District 7 (grades 2-5). My goal tutoring is to develop methods so the child not only understands the subject, but learns and exceeds expectations.

Psychology was part of a dual major I held in my undergrad program. I worked on several projects with in the State Labor Department to revise job interviewing profiles. These profiles were used to determine a persons qualifications for a particular job. It was also part of a bigger scale to determine behavioral models and how a person would perform if different situations arose.

No student should feel bad because they do not understand a lesson. I will help you to direct your learning in such a way, you will understand and succeed.
