I have devoted nearly 3 decades to teaching, and my career has taken me through classrooms of every age group, from young children to college students. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sanaa University, concentrating on Arabic Language while also completing additional coursework that broadened my understanding of education and communication. Over the years, I have taught in a variety of schools and institutions and currently serve as a principal in Yemen, a role that has strengthened my ability to guide students with clarity, structure, and confidence.
My tutoring experience spans more than a decade, particularly in Arabic and English as a Second Language. I have always believed that language opens doors, and I work to help students approach it with discipline and a sense of achievement. While my specialties are Arabic and English, I also support learners in areas such as business, math, and human development, drawing from the wide range of material I’ve taught throughout my career. My approach is shaped by what many describe as an “old-school” style—structured, clear, and focused—but I pair that with a strong ability to differentiate instruction so each student receives the level of challenge and support they need.
I currently tutor second and third graders in person, but I have extensive experience with students of all ages. Whether I’m working one-on-one or guiding a full classroom, my goal is always the same: to help students understand not only the material in front of them but also their own potential. Years of teaching have taught me to be patient, decisive, and consistent, and families often appreciate the balance I bring between high expectations and genuine care for each student’s progress.
