Hello, my name is Aaron S. and I provide technical tutoring. I have been writing SQL for 5+ years as a data analyst and I have experience writing Python and POWER BI DAX language as well. My experience in SQL and Python started in college at Wayne State University where I learned the basics of multiple coding languages. After graduating from Wayne State University with a bachelor's in Information Systems Management, I was able to get some real-world experience on the job at General Electric. I would grow my skills with writing SQL by querying data for applications, troubleshooting, and providing general support. I was able to become fluent and an expert in SQL by taking on multiple intensive projects on the job that required me to elevate my knowledge of the coding language. Today, I currently write massive queries to wrangle and analyze data, I also configure extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines daily.
Regarding tutoring, I have been tutoring for about 4+ months now, I often use platforms such as Discord, Slack, etc. to host tutoring rooms where my students (typically 25+ years of age) can interact with me and other students I tutor. I provide knowledge and real-world examples that my students can learn from. I meet with each student one-on-one to assure they are learning the material I provide and to assure they are enjoying the tutoring sessions.
