This will be my first time tutoring professionally. I do have a tutoring job at my current university, but it's mostly just the classmates who I know already. My favorite part about tutoring is seeing someone having fun while learning the language!
I believe that being deaf is what qualifies me to tutor others on American Sign Language. I've taken coursework in American Sign Language as well as the deaf culture at my school. My third year is nearly complete, with many classes concerning ASL already taken.
