Hi! I’m Brandon, a classroom educator with nearly a decade of hands-on experience supporting students from kindergarten through middle school. I specialize in elementary math and reading, as well as middle school English, with a special focus on helping autistic and neurodivergent students feel safe, seen, and successful. In my work as a long-term substitute and classroom support, I’ve worked with many different learning styles, IEPs, and behavior plans, and I’m comfortable breaking concepts down into clear, manageable steps. My sessions are calm, structured, and encouraging: we build skills, but we also build confidence.
I graduated with a double major in psychology & child development at CMU. I intend to get a masters in school counseling within the next few years. The classroom & the school system is something I have always been passionate about. I have six years of experience in the classroom, and I have filled in for teachers in all three levels. I want to now switch my attention to tutoring as a transition into a new chapter.
