I have five years of practical IT experience with the Athens Area School District in Athens, Michigan, I have three years of Independent computer consulting experience, and three years of customer service experience at Kellogg Community College. The fabulous part that I love about computers is that I get to bring my resources, skills, experience, and education to the non-technical population who are not computer literate to help them ease their stress level of difficult computer work and help them understand the full potential of computers and what technology is available to them that is tailored to the end users needs.
