After completing an undergraduate degree in Double Bass at Eastern Michigan University, I transferred to the University of Michigan and earned a Masters in Music Composition while continuing to study the classical Double Bass with Professor Lawrence Hurst.
My teaching methods are especially suited to the student who is just beginning the study of the Double Bass in order to correct bad habits while creating proper fingering and bowing technique.
