Michael, 15 lessons with HeidiHeidi knows genetics inside out. I had trouble understanding the genetics complementation & linkage mapping concept and she guided me through it thoroughly. I went to office hours and my professor & TAs could not explain as well as Heidi did. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable.
After getting an undergrad degree in Biology from Notre Dame, a master's degree and PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan, and several semesters of teaching genetics and cell biology (lab) at Eastern Michigan University as an adjunct lecturer, I decided to step back from teaching to be a stay at home mom with our three children. Heidi is one of the best tutors I've ever had!! With her help I got an A in genetics!!! So knowledgeable, so patient, so personable! We covered hard topics like recombination, genetic/phenotypic variation, epistasis, transgenesis, behavioral genetics, heritability, cancer genetics, etc. She made everything make so much sense and could give mini lessons over topics I couldn't understand from lecture. If you need a tutor, use Heidi.

Amazing Genetics Tutor
Heidi had worked with me over the semester with college level genetics. She was extremely patient, and always took the time to answer all questions. She brought very helpful diagrams and problems to work through. Highly recommend!
