Financial executive with over 25 years of international experience in manufacturing, corporate, managerial, and financial accounting training staff in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. In depth experience in treasury, financial accounting - GAAP and IFRS, M&A, business development, integration, and ERM.

On going education in maintaining certifications for CPA and CFA with yearly educational training exceeding 120 hours. I strive for continuous improvement in myself and staff. My teaching style is coaching and mentoring to help individuals achieve their goals and maintaining motivation and focus. I tailor my interactive teaching for individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses to maximize their potential.

I am an excellent tutor due to intense desire to put my students first and customize the curriculum to the students needs. Through the employment of coaching and mentoring, I have been very successful in training and developing staffs through the world.

My wide range of experience as a finance executive as allowed me to gain experience in international business development, training staff in manufacturing, corporate, financial and managerial accounting. My continued pursuit for life long education resulted in obtaining and maintaining both my CPA and CFA designations along with obtaining excellence in my academic career with high honors.

I am a very approachable and down to earth individual that puts my students first and foremost. Always, I look for new and interactive ways of training and teaching with purpose of motivating individuals through constant feedback and encouragement.
