Hello. My name is Lydia. I am a current graduate student at the University of Michigan. I am originally born and raised in Louisiana. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Chemistry and a minor in Math with honors in English and Math from Xavier University of Louisiana. At Xavier I excelled in a range of courses aside from my major and minor track: world history, theology, and psychology to name few.

Hello. My name is Lydia. I am a current graduate student at the University of Michigan. I am originally born and raised in Louisiana. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Chemistry and a minor in Math with honors in English and Math from Xavier University of Louisiana. At Xavier I excelled in a range of courses aside from my major and minor track: world history, theology, and psychology to name few.

I tutored throughout my undergraduate career in an array of subjects from high school level to college level courses, and my students ranged in ages from high school to 50. My main goal in tutoring is to help reinforce and help you learn in a different way than you may be taught in your current lectures. I like to have an understanding of your background knowledge so that the time we have together is used wisely. I have a degree in chemistry with a math minor and have performed chemistry research for 4 years.

I can also help you with any applications to graduate programs, fellowships, and scholarship programs. I have submitted many successful applications and can give you good tips to having a good application package so that you can earn the spot you would like.
