Because of the drastic differences between Japanese and English, trying to learn one or the other can certainly be frustrating and definitely requires a lot of patience. I love that we can follow a curriculum when we want, but we can also dive into more theoretical or historical discussions when I want to understand why part of the language is the way it is! Shennan is the absolute best :)
