My name is Lee. I’m a current law student at the University of Michigan and hold an MPH in epidemiology and a BS in biomedical sciences, along with a strong background in science and research. Before law school, I worked in clinical research at a major cancer center, where I helped manage data, analyze outcomes, and collaborate across medical and scientific teams. In college I was a supplemental instructor for Genetics and Chemistry teaching in either group or one-on-one sessions. I’ve tutored students of all ages, ranging from elementary to college level, in subjects like biology, chemistry, genetics, and math. I’ve also helped students strengthen their writing skills, particularly for science and public health coursework.
Currently my topics include Biology, Chemistry, Epidemiology and LSAT prep. I scored in the 97th percentile on the LSAT. My tutoring approach is flexible, but always rooted in clarity and patience. I take time to understand how each student thinks, then adjust the way I explain concepts to match their style of learning. Whether it’s breaking down complex biological processes, walking through a statistics problem, or helping organize a research paper, my goal is to make the material feel more manageable and even enjoyable.
I love teaching and take pride in helping students build confidence in subjects that once felt intimidating. Whether you’re preparing for a test, writing a paper, or just trying to keep up in class, I’d love to help you get there. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule a lesson.
