I Passed My Navy ASTB-E Pilot Test!! Robert Is The Best!!
In high school, I wasn't the best at math, but I always heard that if you continue to practice, you will get better. I can confirm that this is true. Thanks to almost a year of studying after completing college, and thanks to Robert tutoring me on questions related to the US Navy ASTB-E Math Skills and Mechanical Comprehension portions on the test, I was able to pass those parts with ease. He was very helpful in providing different ways to answer math questions that I thought were hard, so that I could find the quickest way to answer them for the test. I bought two versions of the 1001 question ASVAB for dummies books, and I also bought the most current versions of the Barron's Military Flight Aptitude Test book, the Trivium ASTB Study Guide book, and the Mometrix ASTB-E Study Guide book, which provided a multitude of practice questions for me to solve. I also purchased the ASTB-E mobile app that you can find on both the iPhone and Android stores, which included much more advanced questions for me to practice that weren't in the books that I bought. For every question I didn't understand, I took a picture and saved it for my tutor session. Robert was able to tell me when a question was badly worded or was simply a trick question, and he would tell me how to solve them as well as what was meant by each question. Sometimes the directions for how to answer some of the questions in the variety of books that I bought would be confusing or simply take too long to do, and he would show me faster ways to complete the question. He even showed me new ways to simplify and solve fractions as well. Also, because I asked, he provided me with a source to read to help me understand in much more detail the physics/mechanical comprehension questions that I would encounter. Anything that I didn't understand that I could not learn from simply watching a YouTube video, I was able to learn from Robert. The ASTB-E, as it is now, is set up in such a way that the more questions you answer correctly, the harder the questions become. Not only was I able to answer all of the math questions, but I was able to finish the math portion early. This is because the test is also set up in such a way that if you answer all of the hardest questions that they have on the test correctly, then you have fewer questions on that part of the test to complete. I was extremely surprised when I passed the math portion so early. Robert's lessons made the hardest questions so simple that I breezed through them. He has been a very smart and patient tutor, and thanks to his help, I was able to simplify every question I found to be hard, I was able to pass my test, and now, after all of the studying, I am able to enter the Navy on a pilot contract. To anyone struggling with math or physics, I would highly recommend Robert as a tutor. He is second to none on this website. To anyone who wants to pass the ASTB-E, I would recommend Robert to help you prepare for the math and mechanical comprehension portion of the test. You definitely need to obtain a good score on these parts of the test if you want to be a pilot in the Navy. If it were easy, it wouldn't be worth doing, and as someone who has already obtained his private pilot's license for helicopters, I will tell you that being a pilot is absolutely worth it, so don't give up on yourself.

Math genius is what comes to mind
This is my second semester using Robert, and he was invaluable in Algebra 2. Thanks to his tutelage, I passed. If I hadn’t had him last semester, I know I would be repeating the same class he helped me conquer. I reached out to him again this semester for help with my dosage and calculation problems, and just like that, we got through them all. He is a whiz at all things math. He may not know the nursing lingo, but he knows MATH, and together, we are making progress. He is knowledgeable and very, very patient—even with the simplest things. He is a gem. Patience of a saint
My less than thrilled 14 year old was anything but friendly or willing to cooperate going into the tutoring session but Robert remained calm and engaging the whole time. Thankfully about half way into the session my daughter lightened up some and started participating. Every question we had he was very knowledgeable on and did a great job of explaining how to process the equations. Even when we jumped around from problem to problem.

He is a teacher with AP Cal BC expertise. He constantly asked questions to my son and answered with expertise. My son said he was the most helpful teacher he's ever had. My son is taking Calculus 3 next year and it would be great if Robert could continue teaching him.
