In our sessions, we typically review key concepts from class, work through homework problems step by step, and practice additional examples so students can apply the ideas independently.
My tutoring approach focuses on helping students understand the reasoning behind the material and conceptual foundations rather than memorizing formulas. For example, in Calculus I emphasize visual intuition—thinking of derivatives as slopes and integrals as accumulated area—before moving into computational techniques.
