Hello and thanks for your interest in working with me! I am an experienced English and French educator with a strong background in teaching students from preschool through university. My work has included designing and leading specialized courses such as Legal English for law students in Tunisia, developing curriculum for both in-person and online settings, and tutoring undergraduate students in language skills at Hillsdale College. In addition, I have taught English abroad through summer programs in Jordan, where I integrated language instruction with social and cultural activities for younger learners. My teaching experience is supported by a TEFL certification and academic training in language pedagogy, equipping me to build lessons that are both engaging and effective.

Beyond formal classroom teaching, I have worked in diverse roles that required adaptability and strong communication skills. As a substitute teacher in Michigan, I taught grades 1–12 across multiple subjects, tailoring instruction to meet the needs of varied learners, including special education students. At the preschool level, I collaborated with lead teachers to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that fostered creativity and growth. These experiences, combined with my proficiency in French and intermediate ability in Tunisian Arabic, have given me a flexible, student-centered approach to teaching that helps learners of all ages gain confidence and succeed.
