Teaching has been my calling for over 30 years now! I currently teach AP World History, Psychology, on-level World History, and a Historical Roots of 21st Century Issues Elective in a very competitive, highly ranked school district in Michigan. For the past 8 years, my sophomore AP World students have enjoyed a near 90% pass rate with anywhere from 50-90 students taking the exam each year.

Andrea was amazing! She is so patient and experienced and always willing to go over the little things to ease your nerves and build confidence. She helped me relearn key concepts that I needed to know for this exam and taught me incredible tricks to remember them (love the acronyms!). Because this was my first AP test ever, I had no idea what to expect and my confidence level was so low, but Andrea fixed that right away. I highly highly highly recommend Andrea!

If you’re looking for a history tutor for your child, I highly recommend Andrea. She helped my son with his world history research paper on a topic that is not widely discussed in high school history class. But Andrea was very knowledgeable on the topic and deepened my son’s understanding of it.
