Bio

I have a PhD, MA, and BS in psychology. I have over 5 years of experience teaching college students and 10 years of experience tutoring students from K-12 and college. I am passionate about tutoring because I believe education is invaluable and knowledge is power. I will prioritize your tutoring experience by helping you master the material, foster important study skills, and develop critical thinking skills necessary for you to be successful and feel confident!

Once I began college, I lived in an apartment on campus and I needed to learn how to cook for myself. In my time at university, I have learned effective methods for meal prep, quick and healthy meals, and time management when cooking. I also began baking as a hobby and experimented with more complicated recipes in my spare time. I can teach the basics for a lot of recipes like pasta, rice, stir fry, cooking meat, chopping techniques, kitchen safety, how to use spices effectively, etc.
