Welcome to the next steps in your vocal journey! I am a singing coach and voice teacher originally based in Los Angeles. Many of my students have found successful performance careers and have been featured in Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional opera and musical theatrical productions, in addition to admittance to some of the most prestigious music schools in the country, including Indiana University, University of Michigan, UC Irvine, University of Southern California, Oberlin and Interlochen Arts Academy, among others.
I received my Bachelor degree in Vocal Performance from University of Michigan, Mater of Arts in Teaching from The University of Southern California, a Master of Science from California Baptist University, and. Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Southern California. I have taught privately for 20 years and have worked as a musical director and conductor on countless musical theater and opera productions.
My approach to teaching is a little eclectic, kinesthetic and fun- and my students have found significant growth and success through my methodology of experimentation, reflection and permission to be a little silly.
