Larisa is patent but quickly anticipates or identifies the barriers or problem at hand, and gets involved in helping navigate the platform, solving it and checking it multiple times to be sure the systemic logic is there. She's more than a tutor; more like a Coach or a Facilitator versus a Tutor.
