I have a BA in Sports Studies from Ithaca College, an MS in Sports Management from Ithaca College, and an MA in American Studies from Lehigh University.

I plan on returning to school to start work on my PhD in either American Studies or Cultural Studies. I have worked as a teaching and research assistant at Ithaca College while getting my first Master's degree.

I am currently working with the Franciscan Action Network based out of Washington DC which deals in social activism. I have also worked as a manager for Target. I enjoy working with people and the challenge of teaching.

I have an MA in American Studies which is a combination of history and English. My research proposal for my PhD combines black feminist literature and critical theory. I have been accepted at two schools in England based off this proposal. I have read widely and have excellent writing and reading skills.

I have an MA in American Studies which combines American history and English. For my Master's thesis in Sports Management I wrote extensively on the civil rights movement specifically the OPHR. For my Master's thesis in American Studies I did a documentary film on Bethlehem Steel workers which included extensive reading into American Labor History. I also took a classes in American Religious thinkers, black feminist thinkers, U.S. history after 1865.

I swam from age 6 to about 22. I swam age-group, high school, and college. I have a bit of swim teaching experience from my high school days.

I have a positive, fun work style. I like to teach and am interested in giving back to others. I feel like I can make a strong positive impact on young people.
