I am a recent college graduate from Emmanuel College, with a degree in History and am currently working on my MBA. While in college I was a peer tutor for three years. I tutored a wide variety of history classes, European history, American history as well as World History. As a tutor, I held both one on one sessions as well as study groups where I prepared study guides. When tutoring history, because there is usually a lot of material, I like to break it down by topic and cover the big themes and highlight important events along the way. But I do not have a specific teaching style as each student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to fit the individual student.
